Hooker BlackHeart, the leader in engine swaps, has just released engine mounting brackets for 1982–2004 GM S-10/Sonoma trucks with LS engines. The brackets (PN 71221029HKR) are designed to be used with BlackHeart transmission crossmembers; together, these products create a trouble-free installation with optimized drivetrain angles.
Note: Installation of these brackets requires the use of new stock OE 4th-gen F-body LS engine mounts (e.g., GM 22179268 or Anchor 3064) or aftermarket polyurethane inserts (e.g., Prothane 7-512 or Energy Suspension 3-1151).
Developed specifically for two-wheel-drive 1982–1993 Chevy S-10 pickups powered by LS engines, these Flowtech long-tube headers are available in five different versions: painted, ceramic-coated, natural-finish 304 stainless steel, natural-finish 409 stainless steel, and polished 304 stainless steel.
